Preview before you pay
Every CareerForge project includes a full preview with a protected watermark before any purchase. We encourage you to review the preview carefully before unlocking. Because the professional work is completed and visible before payment, one-time Resume Unlock purchases are generally non-refundable once the clean files have been downloaded.
One-time Resume Unlock
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading your unlocked files, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — either by resolving the issue or issuing a refund.
CareerForge Plus membership
You can cancel your CareerForge Plus membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Send a message through our contact page with the category "Billing" and your order details. We respond to support requests promptly during business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster and without affecting your account standing.
